UJJI is committed to providing transparent pricing without lengthy lock-up contracts or ridiculously expensive subscriptions. We believe in offering flexibility and affordability to our customers, allowing you to scale your training initiatives without unnecessary constraints.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial or unused subscription periods. Upon cancellation, access to the service and all related features will terminate at the end of the recurring billing period.

On average, a UJJI AI micro-learning session takes 15 mins for a learner from start to end. This is usually made up of an assessment, an audio/video lesson and a real-life task. Therefore, an hour of UJJI AI bespoke training equates to four micro-training sessions.
Your UJJI AI training hours are to be utilised during that particular billing period and cannot be rolled over to a next quarterly or yearly plan.
